About Tudorel TOADER
Passion and vocation, hard work and perseverance, and respect for moral and legal values have been and continue to be the driving forces of his socio-professional journey.
The whole activity has encompassed and encompasses four main areas:
- Teaching activities in legal education, progressing through all academic ranks, from assistant to full professor and PhD supervisor.
- University management roles, including Scientific Secretary of the Faculty of Law at UAIC, Vice Dean, Dean and Rector.
- Judicial roles, encompassing positions of public office and distinction as a constitutional judge, member of the Venice Commission, prosecutor and lawyer.
- Judicial system management, serving as Minister of Justice, member of the Scientific Council of the NMI (National Institute of Magistracy), and member of the SCM (Superior Council of Magistracy).
The extensive knowledge and experience gained have led to a deep understanding of the judicial system, allowing the defense of fundamental rights and freedoms – a hallmark of the noble mission of the lawyer.
