My position as a PhD Professor specializing in Criminal Law provides me with the necessary expertise to offer legal assistance and representation in this field.
European criminal law is applied both through the enforcement of European norms before national courts and through the jurisdiction of the ECHR and the CJEU.
Access to the ECHR (European Court of Human Rights) requires thorough preparation of the case, as well as legal assistance and representation before the European court.
Access to the CJEU (Court of Justice of the European Union) is facilitated through preliminary rulings, where applicable, regarding the relevance of European criminal law rules, motivated by their interpretation or conformity with EU Treaties.
My 10 years of experience as a constitutional judge provide me with the necessary expertise to handle constitutional litigation cases.
